April Color Challenge: Black, White & 1 Other Color!
This month they are focusing on color. Black, White, and one other color of your choice and that's it, just three colors. And yes, black and white count as colors. Create 1 or 2 projects that are cards, layouts, home decor, or anything that is homemade by you...
My project above I choose: Black, White, and Yellow for my three colors. This is an Anniversary card for my parents that I wanted to share with you and it fit this months challenge too. I used black sparkle cardstock as my base card with A2 dimensions, a 1/4" smaller yellow cardstock, another 1/4" smaller houndstooth pattern paper, and adhered to card. I stamped the (stampin up) bee's twice on yellow cardstock first, with Versafine Onyx Black ink, then used a square punch to cut them out and punched two squares of black sparkle cardstock too. Adhered the squares criss cross over each other and adhered to panel. Then added stickles glitter glue to the bee's to make them sparkle and added the polka dot ribbon. Still elegant, but spring like and fun! Now lets see what you can do!
I hope you join us for this easy Color Challenge and remember to just use Black & White and only one other color of your choice. Link it here and add your blog site and follow the directions.
