For this Hop I wanted to make sure I used all the colors in my package so I created two cards using the same stamps, stencil, distress inks, and half the mix media crayons on each card. And created a day and night effect. The top card I used creams and browns and made it more soft and spring like. And the second card I used black, gray, and white and made it more dramatic, gothic or steampunk. Either card would be great for Mother's Day, birthday, anniversary, or any occasion. (see below for tutorial and supply list)

2. Cut out polka dot panel 3x6", stamp sentiment, sprinkle over embossing powder, and heat set. And adhere to panel.
3. Stamp flower image on watercolor paper; color with crayons around the edges and blend with finger and go over it with a paint brush or water pen.
4. Lay stencil over one side of stamped flower image and wipe off with baby wipe to reveal pattern. This technique takes off the crayon.
5. Add twine and sequins and adhere to panel.
Tip: If you don't have a matching ribbon, just ink it. On the purple card I started with a pink/white twine and inked it with Seedless Preserves distress ink to match the card.
