By day or night I’m a part time retail manager at a B&BW store and I love it. And in my spare time I’m a published card maker, Blogger, an occasional scrapbooker and jewelry maker. I’ve been crafty all my life, but I love learning new techniques, using different mediums, and the instant gratification I get from cardmaking.
I found Unity in 2010 in a store that I managed and fell in love with their beautiful stamps. I joined their FB group and have made some wonderful crafty friendships over the years, which has allowed me to be on a few amazing design teams, including the Friends of Unity, which creates a blog hop every month. I love the kind and supportive craft community Unity has created who inspire me everyday.
I’m honored to be chosen as the Growing in Unity Girl for this week and to share some of my favorite things with you all.

Let the crafty adventures begin...
Today's project is a special anniversary card I made using this amazing "beautiful day in the neighborhood" background stamp that reminds me of the many houses we've lived in over the years or all the places we've traveled to in 27 years.
I used an ink smooshing technique, a heat embossed sentiment,
and a few dies, which are some of my favorite things
I like to use while creating.
Unity Stamps Products: Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood Background stamp, I Did.I Do.I Will sentiment stamp set and coordinating die, Scallops & Rectangles nesting dies, and the Rustic Wood pattern paper pack
