Hi everybody! Fall has arrived and it's cold in the South, like freeze warning cold, Brrrr! And the leaves are finally starting to change colors too! Yay! I LOVE fall, but holiday card making season is upon us and I wanted to share our
November Sketch Challenge for the
Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers FB group
or {BYSHC} for short!

We are a group of card makers that will be sharing Christmas,
Winter Holidays, or Winter-y cards every month, ALL year long!
It's super easy, with a new card Sketch Challenge each month
to help us build our stash of holiday cards, that you can play along and enter to win prizes too!

Use it like it is, or as an inspirational guide, or get creative and turn it around, or upside down, and make something wonderful!

Our sketch for this month is so fun to use up your scraps, many pattern papers, holiday stamps, stickers, ribbon, and more!

Q: How many holiday cards do you make???
A: I send out 75-100 and I use to make each individually, but I work full time and life gets in the way of my crafty time. So the last few years, I make one special card, scan it in, and have it mass printed. And then I add little special touches. Like an inside stamped sentiment, add bling, or sparkle, or a ribbon. And I love to stamp the envelopes to coordinate too!

A little update on my life...
I am STILL renovating everything in a new house with my husband, plus packing, and hopefully moving after Thanksgiving. We'll see. We've had some set backs and delays. And I've been in limbo, between two houses for the last few months. All of my craft supplies have been packed up for months and I'm not able to create these days. But I'm hoping to be settled by Christmas.

In my crafty absence, my dear dear crafty friend and Design Teammate, Robyn, from What's Brewin' from Robyn's Nest has allowed me to share some more of her beautiful holiday cards with you. So check her out!
I love how she mixes lots of patterns, stamps, stickers, embellishments and all her details coordinate beautifully.

I did manage to squeeze out some time to make a coffee inspired project for Sketch #16 and the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop after all! It was made with Unity Stamps, a Gina Marie Wonky die, and patterned scraps.

I hope I've inspired you to try our monthly holiday card sketch challenges and share what you can create.

Before I get started...
Here's an update on my life. I went to Denver last month to honor my little sister, who passed away 4yrs ago, at 46yrs old, from breast cancer way too young! So, because I care... get a mammogram sooner than later!

We haven't moved into our new house yet, as we both changed jobs in August, which has slowed down renovations, and we've had some delays.
All is well, but most of my craft stuff is still packed up, so I unboxed a few things to hop this month, as I miss you all & crafting so much!
But I'll be taking a small break from hopping/blogging for the next couple months, so we can hopefully finish renovating and get moved in soon!

Here is a super easy festive Wine Tag for those Hostess "thank you" gifts we give out during the holidays!

It's kind of a zentangle doodle type image and looks like it has a lucky #7 on it, which was totally unplanned, but I LOVE it!
