CardMaker Autumn 2015 Digital Issue

I'm published...again!!! I'm sooooooooo excited to share the news with you that CardMaker Magazine selected four of my cards for their Autumn 2015 issue. The digital copy of the magazine is available now and if you are a subscriber you can login "here" and see the whole beautiful magazine now. The paper issue will be mailing mid July. Go see your copy now...100 pages of gorgeous Fall and Halloween ideas and projects to get started on.

I am pleased to announce I can finally share my cards with you, but you'll have to pick up a copy of CardMaker Magazine for a materials list and instructions. Sorry! But the magazine is totally worth it!!! It's only approx. $6 US per issue, sold at specialty stores or online. It is published quarterly, and is one of the few still publishing paper copies. So if you'd like the Autumn issue you have until end of September to get your copy. Because the Winter issue comes out in October. (which I have one card in that issue too). But once you have a subscription, you have access to 2 years of back digital issues and you can download them to have forever.

I live in Northern MB and I miss those gorgeous fall colors from NS (my home province ). I love coffee so your coffee cup card made me smile. I love how you added sparkle and shine to your birthday card. Actually I love everything about that card. Gorgeous!

These are beautiful. :) congrats on being published. My favourite part of autumn is the nocturnal animals conic it to play sooner. Walking to the shop and seeing a fix down the road or a hedgehog just plodding along. I love animals and been and be to see the nocturnal ones is exciting. :)

Colorful fall cards love the use of gold embossing on the oak leaves and acorn card. Fall is my favorite season. The Adirondack Mountains are an explosion of brilliant colors... as are your cards.

Very nice cards! My favorite is the birthday card with the gold embossing. Adds elegance to it . I love the beauty of the fall colors. Changing in shades and color daily thoughout the foliage season .

Kim - Congratulations on getting published! I love all four cards, but my favorite is the top right "Birthday Wishes" - the colors of the card and the embossing are perfect! (I hate to emboss - LOL - but do appreciate seeing others' beautiful cards!)

As for what I like about autumn - my only response is: What isn't there to like! I like the cooler temperatures (which means turtle necks and sweaters, and cuddling under the electric blanket) I love how one day I'll go outside, and the leaves are green and a couple of days later, they have started turning beautiful shades of red, yellow and orange. I love the upcoming Halloween celebration and seeing the kids in their cute costumes. And, of course, I enjoy Thanksgiving and celebrating my husband's and my birthday's! (Is that enough reasons? :-) )

Great job! Love thw use of fall colors and symbols. The last is my favorite with the ribbon/embroidery. My favorite thing about fall is the gorgeous color I see from my deck of all the changing trees.

CONGRATS on having so many beautiful cards published. You should truly be proud of yourself. What an inspiration & they give me a few fall ideas that I wanna just start crafting right now! Fall is my favorite time of the year. Once the leaves start to change color I enjoy going for drives just to see how Beautiful nature is. Sometimes we need to take a moment to just enjoy the things around us. Hands down my favorite. I look forward to it each & every year. Another fav is the Fryeburg Fair in Maine. Love love love that place. I wish I could go every single year & continue to be inspired as well as making lots of memories. Thanks again for sharing! 😊

Your cards are absolutely beautiful. Congrats on being published again. I must subscribe to this magazine. I love the colors of fall the smell of apples and cinnamon through the house the chilli I make when the air turns a bit crisp. I love raking the leaves and closing the yard up for the season. But most of all I love the memories of my me, my husband and our kids sitting in the back yard under the gazebo with the fire chimney going, toasting marshmallows and my oldest daughter playing her guitar and singing. Good times every fall until we became emptinesters! Really good times! I love the Fall.

All of the cards depict the essence of Fall.The season is my favorite time of year since it seems like the transition to Winter is gradual.It doesn't hurt that I was born in Fall so there's an added note of celebration whenever I see well done creations like yours.

What I love most about autumn are the Sugar Maple Tree leaves when they turn reddish-orange to red in color. They are just so beautiful and every year it just amazes me. I never tire of it!

I like all of your cards! I think I like the autumn one with the gold embossing because of the clarity of the writing of the stamp after embossing. I think it would have to be a fine embossing powder to do this and it looks great! Congrats to you on being published!
