This adorable card is a 6" x 6" square, so extra postage will be needed for mailing, but it's also my first shaker card. I knew when I saw this adorable snowball stamp from Unity Stamps I wanted to make it feminine. And the Eat Cake Graphics sentiment stamp went with it perfectly...
Spring in the Rockies usually means Mother Nature isn't done snowing on us...which she isn't. We got a couple more inches of snow last week and a few flakes this week, but it didn't stay long, because the ground is warm and the sun came out. So, I thought this card was appropriate for a Colorado Spring, as my three sons are always up for a snowball fight.

April Color Challenge: Black, White & 1 Other Color! (click here for more info)... LOL...I bet my title GOTCHA!!! My hubby turns the BIG 5-0 and I wanted to make something really fun and different for his birthday and this is what I came up with. I can't take all the credit...I got the title idea from Pinterest. I dug out my Cricut and cut all the letters and numbers. I love pattern paper, plaid, and my hubby loves blue, so that was a perfect match...

I’ve loved frogs for as long as I can remember and still do. So, when I saw this stamp from Eat Cake Graphics, I just knew I wanted to create something with froggie for Easter.
I stamped him three times and put him in motion like he’s leaping for joy...it's Spring! I stamped him on Bo Bunny double dot green dot paper and layered that over the spring flowers pattern paper from Pebbles-garden party collection. I love pink and green together, it’s very Springy. And I've been dying to use that pink rose ribbon from American Crafts forever. Then stamped the sentiment with my favorite ink: Versafine Onyx Black. And added googly eyes for a touch of whimsy. They're not just for Halloween, ya know? As my kids would say. I hope you play around with colors, spring patterns, and a touch of whimsy. Be sure to check out these adorable stamps from the link below. And I hope you get out and enjoy this gorgeous Spring weather and have wonderful Easter. ~Kim Eat Cake Graphics Stamps: 5032-E, Go froggie go! 8065-F, Hippity hoppity Easter (text) Here is my very first card for Eat Cake Graphics Stamps and I'm pretty excited to share it with you all. I knew when I saw this stamp I wanted to do something for Easter. I just love Mr. Bun in his speedy little basket racing to get some jellybeans. It just made me laugh and reminded me of my four kids racing to see what the Easter bunny left them...
