Hi everybody! Welcome back to Day 3 of my Growing in Unity Week at Unity Stamp Company. We've made it to the halfway mark and I've thoroughly enjoyed reading all your wonderful comments. Thank you for your kindness, it's really touched my heart! I hope I've inspired you to dust off your tools, use something old, and make it new again! Because today is another oldie, but also a goodie...Do you remember Z-Fold Cards? AKA Tri-folds, Double Z, or Tall Z-Fold. you get the idea.

For today's project I'm making an Autumn themed Tall Z-Fold card from one sheet of 8.5" x 11" cardstock. Yay! Why? Because Autumn is my favorite time of year and why not!?! We're cooped up inside, let's dig deep in our craft rooms and play with our stuff! I used some of my favorite things, like, pretty papers, punches, alcohol markers, Autumn stamps, and an Autumn Angiegirl too! Fun, right? Let's get started...

Tutorial: I started with an 8.5" x 11" piece of kraft cardstock, cut the length and width to the dimensions shown in the diagram below. Click or hover over pictures below for more step by step instructions.

Here is a close up of the Angiegirl, November Girl. Isn't she sweet?

I cut and trimmed a Unity patterned paper in woodgrain and adhered to the card base. And punched out a pumpkin border from an orange scrap and adhered to the bottom. Here is a close up of the Angiegirl I colored with Spectrum Noir markers listed below. And adhered her to the card panel and tucked her just behind the pumpkin border. And added a touch of zig glue to the pumpkin border to adhere the tops to the card panel.

Here is a close up of all 3 panels of the Z-Fold Card. What do you think? You can do so much more with this card. Remember there is a whole backside to decorate too. And I only covered one of those panels! The possibilities are endless! Pretty fun, right???

Another lovely card, my dear. Really pretty with all the Fall images. I have only made one z-fold card and I loved it. I do tend to make A2 cards, but really should make more fold cards.

I love the colors you chose on this- purple and orange are one my favorite pairings for fall. I recently used this fold to make a birthday card for the pastor of my church. He's obviously lonely right now, so the church secretary organized a card collection to surprise him. My favorite part of this fold is how the card easily sits up for display.
