I kept it simple and used one manufacturer, Reverse Confetti, for the paper, stamps, and die cuts for their NEW "Stock Your Stash" Monthly Challenge with a Birthday theme for May.
Cut three strips of patterned paper (purple chevron, green dot, gray stars). Adhered two strips (purple and green) to the card base on the left side as shown above. And take the gray with the stars piece and die cut three circles out. And save the cut out circles.
Next I placed the monsters where I wanted them, peeking out of the circles, and adhered in place. Then adhered the leftover gray circles behind the monsters and adhered the whole panel to the card base.
How we EVER lived without this MISTI tool I will never know, but it truly is a stamping game changer. Click "here" for more details. With my MISTI tool, I was able to line up the sentiments exactly where I want them and stamped on the front and the inside with two different stamps with ease. And if my image wasn't dark enough, the stamp stayed in place, and I could re-ink it and stamp again right over it to make the sentiments darker. Amazing!
