Todays Card: Happy Holidays
If you know me, then you know I love cardinals and believe they are spirit animals. I had never seen any in person, until I moved to the South 5yrs ago. And now I see them ALL the time and they are so beautiful. So when I came across this amazing collection from Graphic 45 I knew I had to use it.
I keep a file for ALL my previous BYS Holiday Cardmakers monthly challenge sketches and chose Sketch #31 from last months challenge for my first card, mostly because it was still on my craft desk (lol) and fresh on my mind. But it's also a versatile sketch that I changed just a bit to allow me to use this beautiful cardinal as my focal point, with a few pieces of pattern papers (5 layers), some ephemera as a sentiment, adhesive gems, and no stamping!
