Cut and adhere a strip of scrap paper. On a piece of white cardstock stamp the sentiment and I went over it with a glitter pen for some bling. Because it's got to sparkle. Punched it out with a circle punch. I think this one is 1.5" or 2" punch, adhered it to the flower, and adhered to the scrap paper strip. Placed some ric rac ribbon down the side. And added some light green and yellow pearls to finish it up. Viola! An easy peasy card made with just a few supplies.
